NEXT GEN THRIVE provides specialized assessments, tutoring, and pathways for at-risk students, first generation college students, and youth stepping into the workforce.
In addition to fostering Academic Success, we specialize in tailored services for Opportunity Youth ages 16 to 24, Preparation for Adult Living, Career Counseling and Workforce Development.

The Bair Foundation
The Bair Foundation (also known as Child & Family Ministries, or CFSMC) is a non-profit organization specializing in therapeutic foster care, adoption, kinship services, and behavioral health. Founded in 1967, The Bair Foundation is a leading provider of foster care and adoption services in several states including Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Work Ready Academy
WorkReady Academy delivers empowerment solutions specifically designed for high schools, community colleges and poverty alleviation nonprofits. WorkReady Academy is built on our Empowerment Marketplace Learning Management system with over 100+ workforce development pathways and 10,000+ industry and life skills courses. Our goal is to enable job seekers to build the foundational skills required for success in the modern workplace. Clients have included DISD, Dallas College, Community Council of Greater Dallas, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce.
BITS Tutorial Services
Building Intellect Tutorial Services (BITS) is a nonprofit provider of K-16 tutoring services and has been contracted by DISD, FWISD, and Dallas College. Founded by a visionary local teacher, Mrs. Nikki James-Smith, BITS provides accessibility to the most underserved student populations. BITS has been recognized for consistently delivering its offerings with the highest standard of professionalism and creating measurable student outcomes. Bilingual tutoring and counseling services are available for students and families with English as a second language.
AlleeOop Learning Academy
AlleeOop Learning Academy is the community platform that assists youth to actually engage in building the best version of themselves. AlleeOop wants to better prepare our youth for a brighter future. AlleeOop is a community platform where youth and adults can interact to actively support youth reaching their goals. Importantly, AlleeOop is designed to facilitate mentorship teams for youth so that not one individual adult feels as though all mentorship activity falls solely upon their shoulders. All youth, whether high achievers or students considered “at-risk”, benefit from access to additional viewpoints, knowledge, and guidance.
Children & Family Institute
For more than 30 years, Children & Family Institute (CFI) has strengthened families by equipping parents with the tools, resources, and support they need to create stable, nurturing environments for their children. Through Pathways to Parenting, CFI helps parents build practical parenting skills, strengthen family relationships, and navigate the challenges of raising children, while The Fatherhood Institute provides targeted support to help fathers become more engaged, responsible, and economically stable. Together, these initiatives advance CFI's commitment to stronger parents, healthier families, and better outcomes for children.
